1.Go to Following Web Page. https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/
2. Click Login Menu On The Website.
3. Enter Your Username and Password with Captcha And click Login.
4. After Successful Login Your Page Will Be Displayed As follows

5. Click First Menu E-waybill That is the First Menu Of EWaybill.com
6. Then You will select Update Part B/ Vehicle Under EWay bill Menu.
7.This Option Only Applicable When Your Are Generate In single Eway bill and change to multiple Methods. Other wise you will be go to another option discuss next Posts.
8. You Just enter Your Ewaybill Number Already Generated By You.
9. Then Click Go Option . Your EWay bill Details Will Be Displayed Below your can Check and Continue.
10.Next, the user will be redirected to the following form.
11. Here The User must need to select mode of transport ( Ex. Road, Rail, Air, Ship)
12. Vehicle Type Whether Regular over dimensional cargo. etc.,
13. Next You Will Enter New changed Vehicle Number.
14.Then You May enters the From Place, From State, from where the transportation is being done.
15.The User Or Transporter Must Be Give the reason for which the vehicle is being changed. that is Already given in dropdown list in a website.
16.If the mode of transportation is rail, air, or ship, then the user needs to enter the transporter document number instead of the vehicle number.
17. After All Details filled click Submit option.
18 The System Validate All the Details your are entered.
19.If All the Details Correct one pop up window Show as vehicle number updated successfully.
20.Otherwise you will get error message. you will read error message and change correct data. then submit,
Notes.
1. E-way bill is not valid for movement of goods without vehicle number on it.
2. Once E-way bill is generated, it cannot be edited for any mistake. However, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of generation.
3. E- Way Bill may be updated with vehicle number any number of times.
4. The latest vehicle number should be available on e-way bill and should match with the vehicle carrying it in case checked by the dept.
