How To Cancel Eway bill in eway bill portal

When we can cancel eway bill.

1. If We are wrongly entered GST Number

2.  If We are wrongly entered Pin code

3. If We are wrongly entered product details

4. If We are wrongly entered HSN Code

5. If We are wrongly entered Amount

6. If We are wrongly entered GST Details

7. If We are wrongly entered Transporter Details

8.If We are wrongly entered vehicle number or etc.,

 

Note :

1. EWay bill Must  Cancelled Before 24 Hours From Eway bill Generated. Other wise it is not possible.

2. Cancellation  May be Make One or two times only per day otherwise you are monitored by eway bill website.

3. Cancellation Must done with the Transportation moved. 

How To Cancel Eway bill in eway bill portal

1.Go to Following Web Page. https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/

2. Click Login Menu On The Website.

3. Enter Your Username and Password with Captcha And click Login.

4. After Successful Login Your Page Will Be Displayed As follows

5. Click First Menu E-waybill That is the First Menu Of EWaybill.com

6. Then You will select Cancel Under EWay bill Menu. 

7. Then Your computer screen change into as like as following appearance.

8. Now you are enter eway bill no for cancel.

9. Now you can see the Ewaybill Details on computer screen.

10 .Please Verify It is the correct eway bill to cancel. 

11. If all the Details are correct to cancel please click cancel button to cancel the ewaybill.

12. After the one pop up displayed as your eway bill successfully cancelled.

13. Take a print out. and enclose with already taken ewaybill.

14. File all the Copies it is helps to future verification purpose.
