How to Change to Multi Vehicle number

Change to Multi Vehicle number allows consignment of one eway bill to move in multiple vehicles. This option is used to when the consignment have moved to some place in a bigger vehicle and further it is not possible to move in same mode of transport or vehicle. So, the goods are moved further in smaller vehicles.

For EX, An eway bill is generated and needs to be moved from A to C. Here, the consignment moves from A to B via road or bigger vehicle. Now, it is not possible to move the consignment from B to C in the same mode of transportation due to unavailability of that mode or may be due to hilly region where big vehicles cannot be used. In such cases, the consignment needs to be moved in multiple smaller vehicles.

1.Go to Following Web Page. https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/

2.Click Login Menu On The Website.

3. Enter Your Username and Password with Captcha And click Login.

4. After Successful Login Your Page Will Be Displayed As follows

 

5. Click First Menu E-waybill That is the First Menu Of EWaybill.com

6. Then You will select Change To Multivehicle Under EWay bill menu

7.Generate Bulk Option page Displayed As Like Below

8. Now Enter All The Necessary Details with Inventory Details.

9. Then Last Option Here Appears as "Do you wish to move good in multiple vehicles? - yes or no options"

10. Click Yes on the options then Next Your Compute Screen Changed as like as follow

11.Now you can enter mode of transport, From Place, To Place, Total Quantity, Unit, Reason, And Remorks.

12. Now Click Submit Button And copy EWay bill number.

13. Then Follow "How to update vehicle number in e way bill Producers."
